It is built on the belief that you already have the answers you need within you. A coach's role is to help you find these answers and not give you advice.
It is more than merely having a conversation: It’s about gaining awareness, clarifying your vision, establishing your goals, identifying obstacles and to come up with solutions. It is also about learning how to identify and shift limiting beliefs that are holding you back in life and proactively creating supporting beliefs to help you believe in yourself.

A discovery call is 30 minutes and each coaching session is 60 minutes.
Your coaching programme, the frequency and the duration will be customised to your specific situation and unique goals.
