Coaching process
Coaching is a process that helps you work towards personal and professional goals and create a fulfilling and meaningful life. During coaching sessions, you will identify values, passions, and goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
Please note that coaching is focused on action and forward momentum and is not therapy or counseling.
Discovery Call
During this initial consultation, we will discuss your goals and concerns, and get to know each other a little better. This will give us a chance to determine if coaching is the right fit for you and to develop a plan for our work together.
Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions typically take place via video call and last for about 60 minutes. During each session, we will discuss your progress, challenges, and goals, and work together to develop strategies and action plans to help you move forward.
Between Sessions
Most of the impact happens in between sessions when you consider some of the things that came up in the session and you focus on the actions and goals.
Ongoing Support
As your coach, I am committed to supporting you on your journey to personal growth and success. I will be available to you between sessions to answer questions, provide encouragement, and offer additional resources as needed.
